At Lost Boys Design Co. we value our customers. Their satisfaction is our priority.

If you receive your order and you are not satisfied with it for any reason, please send us a message on our contact page with a description of why you are requesting a refund or exchange.

If the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it, you would be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be processed once the product is received. A notification will be sent out once refund or exchange is issued.
